We provide clinical facilitation training program that equips our nurses to be seamlessly integrated into general wards and specialized units. Our nursing staff are given a test on the day of registration, when the nurse has passed the test will then come back for the in-house orientation and up-skilling training. The nursing staff that are competent according to their scope of in-house training are then taken to do ward orientation. Our Clinical Facilitator will complete a checklist showing the level of competency for each candidate. The checklist then becomes the most importatnt document relied on by our placement consultants.
The nursing staff provides care for patients and families who are experiencing actual or potential life threatening illnesses. These trained nurses are registered nurses, staff nurses, auxiliary nurses and care workers. One of the greatest aspects of our nursing staff is the ability to work in types of general wards and in many different specialized units such as:
